ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Hello Jesse Martinez aka Handsome banana , I started hooping in the summer of 2020 at my hoop mommas camping Birthday party. She let me use her hoops for the 3 days we were camped & I just couldn’t set them down bc of how much my brain was fixated on the whole idea of flow. I truly fell in love with movement medicine and how much it helped get me out of some terrible mindsets. I’ve been on my flow journey for about 4 years now and I still learn new things everyday, it’s so amazing knowing we all have our own different styles and flavors of flow. Hooping & attending OHR will always have a special significance on my life.
